Description

Located approximately 2 km from Bandel Station, Bandel Mosque is an important place of worship for the Islam cult. Built by Haji Mohammad Mahasin between 1841 and 1861, this building has two floors with giant towers and a wide entrance. The building features a clock imported from England. Inside the building, there are marble layouts, candles and lanterns that give off an exquisite look. In the walls, you will find inscriptions of quotes from the Holy Quran. In the south of the mosque, there is an enclosed area that contains graves of Haji Muhammad Mahasin and his relatives.
