2.Daulat Ki Chaat At Chandni Chowk

This delicious dessert that’s made out of milk, only surfaces in winters. That’s because it can only be made and savoured in cold temperatures. Thick, creamy milk is churned extensively and then the foam on top is collected and put in a separate bowl. Powdered sugar, and saffron-infused milk is then added,which gives it an extremely rich flavour and texture. Babu Ram makes the most delish Daulat Ki Chaat at Kinari Bazar,Chandni Chowk. 3.Chhole Bhature at Chache Di Hatti, Kamla Nagar

 

Chache Di Hatti, small shop in Kamla Nagar is serving Cholle Bhature since ages and have maintained their taste till now. Karim's is a gastronomic delight for non-vegetarians and boasts of serving lip smacking meat dishes to its customers.
