Mysore Pak, Karnataka
The delicious sweet is made out of ghee, sugar, gram flour and cardamom and is prepared in butter. This Indian sweet dish is a delight to have and Mysore is the best place to have it in. 
• Petha of Agra and Peda of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh
Pethas are like soft, sweet, white rectangular candies made out of a white pumpkin. Mathura is credited with the origin of Pedas. They are circular semi-soft discs made out of khoa, sugar and traditional flavourings, including cardamom seeds, pistachio nuts and saffron. 
• Sandesh, West Bengal
It’s a white/creamy beauty of a dessert and is found mainly in eastern India. It is created with milk and sugar and cardamom for taste. The milk or paneer is boiled with some lemon or vinegar and then after squeezing all the water from the chena, it is kneaded in small balls.
• Neyappam, Kerala
Neyappam is a delectable dish made out of ghee, rice, jaggery, coconut pieces and cardamom powder. Though found in every household the cities of Cochin, the best places for Neyappam is Thiruvananthapuram.
• Bal Mithai, Uttarakhand
Bal Mithai is a brown chocolate-like fudge, made with roasted khoya, coated with white sugar balls, and is a popular sweet in the Himalayan state of Uttarakhand in India, especially regions around Almora.
• Adhisaram, Tamil Nadu
The sweet has been part of Tamil culture since antiquity and is made out of rice flour, jaggery, butter and pepper. Kumbakonam is the best place to eat Adhisaram.
• Shufta, Kashmir
This tasteful and crunchy dessert is filled with rich flavours and is prepared using lavish dry fruits like almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts and sultanas. Adding dried coconut and rose petals in the desert makes it more flavoursome when you have it.
